Description This Internship position provides prospective candidates an opportunity to get hands on experience working with the Apple cellular software development and verification teams at Apple. Team offering this internship position is responsible to validate cellular modem software and firmware running on virtual prototype of underlying hardware and communicating with proprietary or commercial network simulators. You, under guidance of your mentor, and with knowledge of LTE/NR physical layer protocols and programming using C++, will be expected to enhance the current test framework to increase its test capabilities. At the end of internship, you will be provided an opportunity to present to Wireless Technologies & ecosystem leadership.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or Electronics & Communication.
• Excellent software development and debugging skills including design, programming (C, C++, script) and debugging.
• Proven knowledge of current cellular communication standards: 5G (NR) and 4G (LTE) with focus on physical layer.
