DAZN is seeking an experienced and dedicated Application Tester to rigorously test our app across all platforms and devices. In this role, you’ll focus on finding, reporting, and helping resolve bugs, defects, and inconsistencies to ensure DAZN delivers a seamless experience for sports fans worldwide. As a critical member of our quality assurance team, your insights will contribute to the overall improvement and enhancement of our products. This is an ideal role for someone with a passion for sports, an eye for detail, and a knack for troubleshooting. Please note, our Talent Acquisition team and some Hiring teams are based in the UK so parts of the recruitment process will be in English. Please also upload your resume in English, thanks! As our new Product Testing Analyst, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Perform end-to-end testing of the DAZN app across multiple platforms (mobile, LRD, web, etc.), ensuring it functions flawlessly on various devices.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to identify bugs, defects, and inconsistencies, accurately documenting each finding.
- Collaborate with development teams to provide detailed feedback and assist in reproducing issues for faster resolutions.
- Track and report testing progress and results, maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Participate in test planning and design to create comprehensive test cases and scripts for current and upcoming features.
- Continually monitor and assess app performance to maintain high standards for speed, reliability, and user experience.
- Engage with new features, understanding their functionality to ensure intuitive user interaction.
- Give product feedback based on real-world usage and a deep understanding of the sporting industry.
You’ll have:
- Experience: Proven experience in app testing, preferably in mobile and LRD (Living Room Devices) application testing, web testing, and product enhancement.
- Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with testing tools and software, as well as mobile, LRD, and web testing best practices.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for catching subtle bugs, inconsistencies, or defects.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide clear, actionable feedback to development teams.
- Sports Expertise: A true sports fan with a comprehensive understanding of multiple sports, leagues, and teams, enabling insightful feedback that resonates with DAZN’s sports-focused audience. Desirable Qualifications
