Social Development Research Group (SDRG) is looking for a permanent full-time staff member (100% FTE) to conduct data analysis and writing tasks as a research scientist on a randomized trial of a long term mentoring intervention called Friends of the Children.
The Young Adult Study (YAS) is an extension of a randomized trial of the FOTC mentoring intervention which was initiated 15 years ago. The study examines the impact of a 12.5-year long, relationship-based, professional mentoring program, Friends of the Children (FOTC) within the context of an existing multi-site randomized controlled trial (RCT; FOTC versus control).
